GET /estonian-webcams
爱沙尼亚 50+ 个地点的 121 个公共网络摄像头：广播塔全景（150-314m 的 HLS 流）、城市景观、海滩、湖泊、河流、港口、灯塔、滑雪场、野生动物摄像头（鹰、海豹、鹳）等。每个摄像头包括名称、城市、GPS 坐标、类别、来源和直接图像/流 URL。具有 JPEG 或 HLS URL 的摄像头包含 AI 估算的校准数据（俯仰角、横滚角、视场角、天空百分比）。可按城市或类别筛选。
